It amazes me that this is considered a legitimate report. Accusing someone of being Russian mafia... please - the woman is not Russian and there is no supporting evidence. If they had a complaint it should have been a little more detailed.
Seems like a strong arm tactic to me. The company has a good name as far as I can see in this industry. And Vera is a respectable person who should not have to deal with this being listed in search results or anywhere online.
