Complaint Review: Capital Markets Banc

A group of clients from Trinidad including myself invested huge sums of monies with Capital Markets Banc in the UK and were promised that profits can be withdrawn after 6 months. A few clients who reached their six months period and submitted withdrawal from their accounts have not received any money from their accounts but the accounts are showing that the monies were withdrawn. Our broker Daniel McCain had been very abusive to the clients and our main contact in Trinidad have wrote several emails to the support department and compliance department but has not been given a precise date by which the monies will be returned to them. After several communication with the live chat and the compliance department we were assigned a new broker by the name of Alex Nolan and he is giving is a run around with the withdrawal of profits as well. To date no one who withdrew their profits have received any monies. People in the group have taken loans to invest and their hard earned monies are now in jeopardy. We are seeking advice and help to get our monies back from Capital Markets Banc as promised to us. Several calls were made to the compliance department and we keep getting a run around for our monies. The broker and the person on the live chat keep telling us that the broker is informed and will contact us. Daniel McCain was very abusive with a few of the clients and keep demanding more money be sent to their accounts. Clients refused and he got infurious and started using obscene language. Daniel McCain cannot be reached via Skype not by email or Wats app. Our new broker said that he will be contacting people who made withdrawal but to date has not contacted anyone via Skype not email, neither calls. We are in need of advice and help to recover our monies. People's life are at stake because of the amount of monies invested with Capital Markets Banc. Capital Markets Banc in taking and holding people's hard earned monies at ransom and we are taking all the necessary steps to report them to the UK authorities as well as the local representative body in Trinidad. Capital Markets Banc is defrauding people of their hard earned money and scamming people of their money. We will take every step necessary to bring Capital Markets Banc to justice. Thousands of US dollars were invested and we are going to report them to the fraud squad as well if they do not return our monies to us. Capital Markets Banc is a fraud.
