Complaint Review: Capital Merchant Services

WOW! All the stories on this company are identical. MY new company is included to the list now! My story would match all of the other stories, just given by a different sales rep. (EMI DUKE in my case). I was fortunate to get a bad feeling from the start. I stopped all transactions against my bank account within 3 days, have no lease information at all, and have documented all dealings with this company in writing as best as I can!

I have also sent things via certified mail as receipt. I am ready for a court battle if I need to go that way. I have found out with Quest Dex online that this company address is really next door to the address on the pamphlet.

The real address listed to their phone number is 6825 E. Tenessee Ave, Denver CO 80224-1626. Also, their website , isn't a website at all! I have filed a complaint with the local BBB. I am contacting the local DA's office in order to try and stop the FRAUD here. Please, if you are unfortunate souls too, do the same!
