Capital Mortgage Lending Company refuses to honor wage garnishment in direct contempt of court order Gold River, California
Capital Mortgage Lending has been served 2 times by the Sacramento County Sheriffs Dept with a wage garnishment for their employee Brian Beers that owes me over $3000. The company flat out refuses to honor the courts order and i have now got a local Sacramento News channel involved that will investigate the company and show the public how they refuse court judgments in direct violation of the law.
Soon the whole Sacramento area will know not to do business with this company who has no respect for the law. Enjoy the free negative publicity.

Owner of corporation is AARON MEILICH

I got in contact with the CA Secretary of State and they let me know that the name of the person on file for the corporation is AARON MEILICH. I am planning legal action against him as well since he is responsible for the corporation and directly in contempt of a judge's orders to garnish the wages.

Ignoring a wage garnishment is contempt of a court order

If you truly have a order from a court ordering a wage garnishment, then go back to the court that issued the order.
The court can hold the corporation, individual, partnership or whatever it is, in comtempt and levy sanctions which can be VERY expensive.
Go back to the issuing court

Capital Mortgage Lending Refusing court order

Thanks Steve,
The reason I know that they are refusing the wage garnishment is because the company got served first back in July and if it truly were a case of hardship they would need to fill out paperwork and then the sheriff's department would have notified me, but they just do not respond. Also they do not return calls to my lawyer, which also tells me they are hiding from their responsibility. So until they do the right thing and pay me i will consider them an unethical business that is refusing to follow the law.

Since this is a mortgage business, the person may earn commission only, which is very hard to garnish as some weeks there may be no income at all.
Then they would have to average the income so they don't violate the law on the maximum amount they may garnish as it is a percentage as established by law.
Maybe the employee filed a dispute/notice of hardship to the garnishment.
Sometimes there is more to the story than meets the eye.
However, if you know where this person banks, you can get a garnishment order to freeze his bank accounts until you are paid.
