I never missed a payment.
I was never late.
Yet, they reported my account as a negative report to Experian and claimed they wrote off $221. I never was informed they intended to do this. I was trying to build a good credit history.

If you have not already resolved the problem call them, If you were a good customer and where mostly on time the will fix it. You will have to keep on them though. But it definitely can be corrected just take's time and a little effort on your part.
