Hello, I have a Capital One prepaid Mastercard,  I have had it since the end of November,I liked this card so much,  It was so very convienent.  I've had trouble in the past due to an ex of mine overdrawing my checking account.  While I was paying that off I chose this card due to not being able to open a checking account right now.  I have been direct depositing my paycheck into this account and have had no problems until recently...  A few weeksago it started, I was not able to withdraw from my account due to a system problem.  That seemed to be alright,  I was still able to use my card as a credit transaction.  Then last week my pay day was on Friday, March 12,  usually I get a text alert when that is in my account,  Nothing.  So I called the customer service line for the prepaid accounts,  and was instantly reassured, or so I thought, that they were manually putting direct deposits into the accounts and they would be in by the end of business day..  Later that day, I checked the account by calling, because at this point the online banking was down, and is still down....   No deposit had been made,  so I finally spoke with another representative, and she says,  that depositwas rejected and sent back to my employer..  I'm like what are you talking about, it has been going in this account for months.They had no explaination, and of course that department was gone for the day.  They told me to contact my payroll department. So today, Monday March 15, I contact my payroll department,  there was no direct deposit back to them for me..  They said as soon as it is rejected, they would see that back..  I work for a bank, and no how this work,  and payroll department actually confirmed it. So I call the customer service line again,  spoke with another rep,  she says let me check with that department on why that was rejected, she came back on the line about every 4 minutes,  explaining they are looking into to.. Needless to say after about thirty minute on hold,  I had to hang up and go back to work.  So I called later on when I had a break and got another representative,  I told him that I didn't havemuch time that I had already been on hold for 30 minutes.  He came back on the phone a couple minutes later, and said that he was discussing with the other department.  He got back on the phone, and said they didn't have a reason why it was rejected, but by this point I really don't care why it is rejected,  I want to know when my employer will have that back so they can reissue my paycheck to me. The representative got back on the phone and stated that my employer would have that by tomorrow.  I guess at this point I will believe it. I am so disappointed with Capital one,  and to think I referred other people to this bank,  and just last week the same thing happened to them, there direct deposit was also rejected.  I'm not understanding what is going on with this bank.  I always thought Capital One as a reputtable bank, but obviously not.  I will forward this to every email that I can get my hands on, and I will also be contacting the BBB,  if my employer does not recieve my deposit back tomorrow. I am so disappointed by this bank.  I am a single mom, of 2 little girls, and when I didn't have my paycheck Friday,  I had to figure out how I was going to buy diapers, and pay for school lunches.  All they can seem to say is that I apologize for the inconvenience..  Then they continue and lie everytime I call them.  I work hard for my money and they just stole it from me...
