Complaint Review: Capital One Banking

Been trying to get my account number from Capital One since last August. They have been rude, and I am getting nowhere. I openned the account and deposited $6000. Later, I could no longer access my account online. I thought it was strange that they never sent ANY paperwork whatsoever. They keep claiming that I am not who I say I am. They keep asking for more ID's and saying it is NOT ENOUGH! It is getting close to time for me to file my tax information on this account. I have even tried to close it out. They are not even providing what I need for my taxes. They are claiming that the information has been sent to me and I got it because they never got it back from the Post Office as undelivered. I never have gotten ANYTHING!!!!!! Social Security card, drivers license, water department, and birth certificate are still not enough to satisfy them. Have never dealt with anything like this in my life. They are very arrogant, and rude!!! BEWARE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOU OPEN A MONEY MARKET ACCOUNT. August of 2007 and here it is March 28, 2008! NO ACCOUNT NUMBER!!!!! Cannot even get my MONEY BACK!!!!
