Capital One Credit Card Companies have a substantial lack of customer services. They are totally uninterested in you or your account problems. When trying to resolve a problem with new account, their representatives disconnected three times.
The only way I could correct problem was cancel credit card, which I did with my last attempt to resolve problem.
