Capital one has the worst dispute department in the credit card industry. They take the merchants side in a dispute instead of the customers who's paying there salary. Beware if you get into a dispute with a merchant using there credit card they won't lift a finger to help there customer or do the right thing by the customer. They are useless!

 I have had the same issues, i lost $998 with my first dispute, 860 2nd, and $157 the last, which i will close all my capital one cards. Their dispute department don't care on what you have to say, i provided proof that the merchant did not provide the services beyond any reasonable doubts, well did they bother to lok at the facts NO.. All the merchant has to do is respond to the dispute and Capital one rules on their favor. They don't care of the facts at all. And the guy who claims that he has ne issues, its a paid troll Captial One employee.. For all who are reading this, do yourself a favor and CANCEL all Capital One cards, and get any other company, Amex is the best for disputes, they will get your money back with no issues.

I'm curious as to how many disputes you have had, and from how many other credit card company's? This is a pretty bold statement to make about anyone without any details concerning your claim as most people would do.

My wife, and I have a personal credit card from Capital One for the past 10+ years, and I also have a business card with them for the past 6 years. In this time frame I had 4 merchant complaints, and my wife had 2. Each one of these complaints was handled in a timely manner, and in our favor within 60 days of our original complaints.

I have also misplaced my wallet 2 years ago, and received both new cards within 48 hours.  The Better Business Bureau rates this company an A+. WWW.BBB.org. Out of the 8,800+ complaints made only 4 were unresolved. Maybe they found you in the wrong, and your just pissed. Seems being that you never gave details about your claim, I can only assume this. Get over it, and move on.

I stand behind Capital One as one of the BEST credid card companies in the industry, and I had most of them before I chose Cap1 as my only credit card.
