Complaint Review: Capital One Credit Card

I have on my credit report showing two capital credit s which I have never applied for one was opened 10/2001 and the other 09/2001 now how is this poosible to begin with?I never open a acoount with them. I Have contacted Capital one by mail and they sent a letter stating to contact the collections department. I called them 3 times and three times They hung up on me. I stated to them to provide me proof that these were mine and a signature to compare sp i can see who may be signing my name. what happens? they hang up on me. Now i have some collections department calling me about this, I stated I want proof and they have 30 days to provide, guess what nothing. How many people has this happened too. All I want is some proof so I can clear my name of this outrageous account, charges. Michael
