called capital one to do balance transfer. call got disconnected called again was told to call after 1 day. made call again they said balance transfer is done. i said ok then called them again after 5 days found that no balance transfer was processed. then called again and made balance transfer. everything was done he said he apologized and did balance transfer. called today and found no balance transfer was done till now.

the guy whom i talked to last time wrote a note that customers call got disconnected and tried calling him back and he dont answer phone. (which was wrong as he said bye in end when balance transfer was complete. and i gave my cell number on capital one i always take calls on cell phone).

so called today and talked to a supervisor name= Nadia her ID with capital one= KDG072. she said she cant trace the call and call capital one after 1.5 weeks. i said u are doing malpractices she said thankyou for calling capital one and hung up on me. made call again and find out nothing can be done with another guy. they said if u want to do balance trasfer we can do now.

so this is my story. should i report to police about this story do you think capital one isdoing malpractise with consumers. may be they dont want to do balance transfer because i have promotional 0% rate. you guys can cotact me by email. thanks for your help.
