Capital One Moorefield Park Drive, Richmond,VA 23236 Capital One credit card with high interest rate and fees. Richmond Virginia
I John Dorsey worked very hard at getting my credit score in excellent score. When this happened Capital One sent me a pre aproved credit card with a large credit limit on it,that gesture seem good at the time. I started using the credit card from Capital One when someone hacked my bank account or stole my idenity and cleaned out my account,my son passed away this card is only for emergencies. The blance and intrest just kept going up up,it was as if no money was being put towards the bill.I decided to stop using the Capital One credit card my credit line were cancelled.

Capital one reports you late even when you're making your credit card payments. They are nothing but a bunch of criminal thugs who are out to steal and destroy everyones lives. Its not enough for them that you are paying your bill but they still report you late! Capital one is nothing but a bunch of thieves and they have been getting away with it all these years!
They are very abusive toward you and deamning you. Even though you're trying to set up payment arrangement to pay off your bill. Then they still falsely report you late! Capital one is the number 1 most offender of consumer abuse out of all banks. They are equal to wells fargo! But capital one has never faced accountable or punishment for their bad deads and inhumane treatment of their customers!
Inhumane cruel is when you're making your payment they still report you late and charge off your credit card. What wells fargo did to their customers was inhmane and cruel!

John, your post looks like you wrote it in a huff, or even a rage, veritably hyperventilating as you typed. Step back a moment please, read what you wrote and calmly, as much as you can do so, explain what happened, both with the card and the bank account. Nobody can make heads or tails out of this otherwise. It just looks like an incoherent mess.
I'm not attacking you, just pointing out an issue here if you want folks to take this issue seriously. I can take for granted you must have been fit to be tied when you wrote it. Especially if you're also grieving for a child.

The alleged hacking of your account and subsequent theft, was that your checking account or of the credit line? Did you make regular payments of more than the minimum? There's a lot missing from this story. If you were not making on time payments, then of course extra interest would be run up along with late fees.
