Big Time ripoff artists. I am noy a rich man and I dont care to pay them what I owe. They cant send a person to jail for not paying credit cards, not in texas anyhow....On 10/20/o4, according to my last online statement, I had only $49 odd dollars. That's ok. On 11/03/04 I paid them $50. This amount is not on my statement. CheckFree showed me when it was paid. They will not give me this statement.
Over their automatic phone system, they say that on 11/03 they received it. From the $49 odd dollars I use approx $13. That does not add up to zero balance on 11/11 All I want is for them to show me on line where that $50 went to. Is that too much to ask? If I dont get it, I will put their payment in another card that is willing to do the right thing
