Capital One rude and accusatory suggesting that I was lying and that there was nothing that they could do. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told none were available. RICHMOND, Virginia
They claim to have physical records of past payments but there are payments has mysteriously vanished---although they had it long enough to credit my account with half the amount of the money order. So they must have received it.
Customer service was rude and accusatory suggesting that I was lying and that there was nothing that they could do. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told none were available.
All I want is a complete detail of this supposed credit card that I had. I would like to see what was purchased, because I have no record of a Capitol One credit card.

In the first half of the report it sounds like you have sent in payments and they were never credited to the account. After all if you didn't send payments in how would you know that they vanished?
But in the second half of the report it sounds like you may have an Identity Theft issue because you indicate you never had a Capital One Credit Card.
Which is it?
