Complaint Review: Capital One Visa

Capital One called to discuss my overdue account. I was not home and my wife took the call. The Capital One representative discussed the following with my wife: Over due balance, minimum payments required, information on drafting from my savings account.

I contacted the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)and the Texas Attorney General's Office and was informed that discussing my account with another individual was illegal.

I have since filed complaints with the FTC and the Texas Attorney General's Office and have contacted an attorney to see if it is possible to file a civil suite against Capital One.
