Doing my due diligence on Capital Processing Network, I found complaints about phone telemarketing and expensive leases.

My experience with them was totally positive.

I have a good credit card processor now who charges a low rate, but figured I'd see if Capital Processing could beat their rates.

Their rep came to the office, looked at my statements, and said that he'd only be able to save me a little bit of money, and it probably wasn't worth my time and effort to switch.  No pressure tactics here.  I appreciated his candor and efficiency.  (I just felt sorry for him that he made a wasted trip.  His supervisors should have had me fax a few statements, it would have saved him a trip.)

My advice, never sign a long term lease with anyone, ever.  But these guys were straight with me.

Repeated Calls Daily

#5Consumer Comment

Thu, May 26, 2011

My company has received repeated calls from this company during many business days even after we have expressly told them we are not interested in their solicitation and to never call us again. The owner's legal counsel is in the process of sending complaints to the Federal Trade Commission, the Federal Communication Commission and the Arizona State Attorney General's office because Capital Processing is interfering with our business. Hopefully enough other businesses complain so this parasitic organization can be permanently dissolved.

My company's phone numbers are on the Federal and State "Do Not Call" lists so you should not have called me once, much less twice.  I'll be reporting you to the FTC next week.

I work at this company and I can assure you that Jeremy is a class act professional who would never exude rude or agressive conduct by telephone.  At most, Jeremy may have phoned you twice.  In fact Ellen, it was you who was rude.  Caldwell Collection     2205 Bandywood Dr.   Nashville, TN  37215   ellenc@caldwellcollection.com
