i had applied for a loan and was approved with a security deposit of $711.90. did that by money gram. talked to david edwards on tuesday 2/19 and was told it would be in my account wednesday 2/20/08. it is not in my account

I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM BY PHONE. NO ANSWER. I HAVE HAD CONTACT WITH A DANIEL REESE FROM APPROVAL DEPARTMENT ON 02/21/2008 AND STATES THAT I NEED TO PAY ADDITIONAL FEES OF $400.00 THAT WAS MENTIONED TO ME BY MS SPENCER. I NEVER SPOKE TO A MS SPENCER. I ONLY DEALT WITH DAVID EDWARDS. I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT ADDITONAL FEES THAT WERE TO BE PAID. HE ALSO PUT ON THE EMAIL THAT HE WAS SORRY FOR THE INCOVIENCE THAT DAVID WAS OUT FOR AN EMERGENCY THAT CAME UP. I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES FOR DAVID AND EMAILED THEM. I HAVE BEEN EMAILING DANIEL AND HE IS STILL SAYING THAT THE ADDITIONAL FUNDS ARE NEEDED AND HE CANNOT DISCUSS THIS WITH ANY OTHER PERSONNEL. HE WILL NOT CALL ME. I HAVE FILED WITH FTC AND MY LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT.
