Complaint Review: Capital Vacations - Stay In Touch Long Distance

I was contacted by this company and offered a vacation package during a 15 day free trail period. I did not receive the package and I called within the 15 day trail period to cancel before it was up. I was horrified to find that they had made a number of debits from my account.

Between the two companies they have taken over $200 for services I did not receive. I contacted them by mail along with a bank print out showing what had been debited. I have only received $49.95 back from what they have taken. These people need to be stopped and persecuted for what they have done to me and many other people. I did not authorize this company to take my money and will take the necessary procedures to get it back.

This is extortion. Beware of Capital Vacations and Stay In Touch Long Distance!
