Capital Vacations Had my Daughters Acct # took 149.00 out of her acct w/out permission no refund to date St. Petersburg Florida
My daughter was harrassed on her cell phone by this Capital vacations. she finally answered since they called every 10 min. They had her acct # from her bank. Identified themselves as her bank. She answered yes to verify her acct # thinking it was her bank. They offered her vacations, she said NO and they took the money out of her acct anyway. No refund yet. She is a struggling college freshman.I notified the bank and got a 1800 number that just gave me the run around.
