I was contacted by this company via phone. They offered me a discount on flight travel with this program. This sounded interesting since I was planning a vacation. I was told I had 30 days to review and try it and could cancel before the 30 days and not be charged.

Well, I gave them my checking account info in case I didn't cancel. I never received anything in the mail and was later charged $59.95. I had to go through my bank to get a phone number for them. Through their voice system, I thought I cancelled my account after it told me it would cancel my account and refund my money and gave me my checking account info which was correct. Instead of getting a refund, I got charged an additional $19.95.

I have tried to talk to a representative over the phone, but I am disconnected each time. I have mailed them a letter asking for conformation of cancellation, but have not received a reply. I have faxed them asking for a conformation but no reply either. The email they give on their voice system is bogus capitalvacation.biz???

My money is pretty much gone as far as I'm concerned and I'm currently trying to get my bank to block them from my account.

Same situation as above!!! Company has been billing my checking account since October, now July!!! Will be contacting the St. Pete FBI. They also sell "keep in touch communication". Type in keep in touch at google, and you will see postings for who to contact if you have been ripped off by stay in touch. I am thinking about calling Dateline.

I live in St. Pete and wanted to let the person from Texas and others, that the local newspaper, www.sptimes.com, has a consumer advocate column that may be of assistance to you. It's worth a try or, contact Pinellas County consumer advocate(less effective).
Hope this helps.
