Persistence paid off. I was unable to cancel my service. Endless loop telephone maze, no way to talk to finance dept directly; wrote letters, they did not respond, and they actually started to hang up on my calls.
Did some research on the better business bureau website in the area and then did some directory searches, and found the PRESIDENT'S HOME PHONE NUMBER IS 727-367-7079!!! I called him here and got my FULL REFUND. Anyone want to consider a lawsuit? I have an axe to grind.

Fran,
I am sorry that this happened to you. There are companies that look for people like you, that are willing to give out your personal account information. If you are not interested in what the caller is selling, hang up on them. Don't give them your account information. Use common sense.
