Capital Vacations ripoff St Petersburg Florida
I recieved a phone call on jauary 20, 2004 for a vacation package that was supposed to be a really great deal. they just needed my checking account information to secure it and they would send out the information not bill me, yeah right, never got the information and a charge for 59.95 was summitted to my bank for payment.
When i called customer service i was given an address to write to cause they dont have the ablity to reverse funds. They sure didnt have a problem doing the ach debit so why are they unable to reverse it? good question right well guess there isnt an answer for that.
