This "company" called me with a lengthy scripted explanation of its offers, and promised me an information packet which never arrived. All I got was a welcome letter with a toll-free number to call to cancel. When I tried to call for two days, all I got was a busy signal. Great scam--Promise us a way to cancel, but make sure we can't get in to do so! Then when I did finally get through, there was never any option to speak to someone with a pulse!! How do I know if I really have canceled? And without the info packet, I didn't get the other cancellation phone numbers to the long-distance phone service, and whatever else was offered. When I thought I'd cancelled, they took $59.95 out of my account--twice!!! This is disgusting! I've been raped! And I want my money back--asap!! Anyone who is approached by them--Say "No!" and hang up! Anyone who has been raped by them, please file a report, and let's get these lice!
