Complaint Review: capitol buildings

capitol buildings of sophia, n.c had lie to me repeatedly over a spand of four months. in september of 2016 i called and ordered a building. i gave them a deposit of 1600.00 , they came out and poured the concret very promptly. now the problem is getting them to come out and put up the building.                                                                                       they said  they would be out the first or second week of november no show, no call, nothing. called them back they told me the last or next to last week of november, no show, no call, nothing. so i called them again they said they would be out on the 19th of december, no show,no call, nothing. then i get in the mail a nasty letter saying the more i call the farther down the list i go, and i guess my deposit of 1600.00 dollars is just a gift for getting the run around. now im in the process of gettig a lawyer and missing a day of work just to get my deposit back.                                                                   my advice to anyone, do your research first before dealing with any of these company. as of right now still no building no deposit and still no call, not a happy camper.
