Capitol choice consumer choice card fraud
hi,i got an offer from capitol choice consumer credit for $5000.00 unsecured credit card.i send $39.00 check for my credit card. i cannot find any phone no. for this company. it looks like to me a fraud. please help me getting my money back. thanks
