Complaint Review: Capitol Financial

Steve Gallippi called 4 p.m. Friday afternoon about me rebuiling my credit & told me that i would a $2,000 line of credit, my APR would 8.9% a month. All he needed was my Social security number & the name of my bank & state where i banked at. Birthday date, address of my place. Steve also told me it take 7-14 days after i paid $200.00 that i would get my credit card to be put in the mail. I have contacted my local police dept. in Sumner, WA. I have also contacted my local Bank as well.
