Capitol First Phone is a Mail Fraud scam that steals directly from Bank Accounts. Miami, Florida
I received a call for a $2500 unsecured Master card with a $29 processing fee! 2 weeks later I recieve a package in the mail of discount crap and membership fees! I call the 1-800 number and I get told LIES that my money would be refunded and now 4 weeks later no refund and over $300 has been stolen from Capitol First!
They drafted it right out of my account! I contacted the F.T.C. and filed a report! F.T.C. says that no one can draft money with out written authorization it is unlawfull! Some How Capitol First did this to me! I plan to contact my bank and file fraud charges and also contact my local Attorney General! So Look Out Every One Never Ever trust a telemarketing call!
