Capitol Mortgage Services of Texas Won't/refuse to apply payments made on time Internet
Capitol Mortgage Service of Texas has my second home loan.
Since January 18, 2017 I have not received a monthly statement, it is now May.
I have always paid all months on time, no later than the 3rd of each month. NEVER past due.
Captiol Mortage HOLDS my payments. I have to call each month and tell them to deposit the money I sent- -I have had to do this since January.
This month, I called on the 3rd, 4th nd 5th telling them to deposit my payment, each time they said they would,as of today with my checking account, they still have not posted my accont as paid.
My name, account number is on the check with the correct amount due.
I can't get them to post payments when they are sent and me having a verification it was delivered.
Terrible compnay to deal with and I was told it is not legal to do this.
