Michelle Boxley has been approved again for Jackson County Misssouri Process Servers Approved List. She serves doors instead of people for Kramer and Franks Pc represents Capitol One Credit Cards. Beware of this Process Server. You have to file a motion for a false serve on this one. Her x-husband Rodney Boxley perjured himself on the stand he served a door and lied about it. Michelle Boxley will be the one that calls you and tells you that you have personally served with a phone call. It must be a hand to hand serve. Watch out for these liars.

I am almost certain these are the same ones who "served" me. I only saw them as I was passing through my living room on the way to take a shower, its a large picture window and I saw her point at me and say "there she is". They then proceeded to follow me to my open bathroom window where I was showering after nearly having a heat stroke. I couldn't believe they were that low. I said I'd call the sheriff and the smart-mouth guy said "i wish you would".
We should get together (there IS strength in numbers) and make noise first to the ombudsmans office at the courthouse, thats what they are there for, and secondly write in to the KC STAR and any other paper, Lee's Summit, Jackson County Advocate.
I've gotten the TV station to help me out on a problem I had and they love stories like this, its what they live for. If there were more than two people complaining it would have more credibility so write me anybody if you want to join in trying to bring down the judge who is corrupt imo and these slimey process servers.
