my card was used in numerous places in including internet, all the party had was my number, used in motels etc, they never had my card, it was in my possesion at all times.

claim turned in , and they checked it out and rebilled me back for all fraud charges.

As a suggestion, request copies of the documents that Capitol One used to investigate and deny your disbute. They have to provide you with copies of the documents when you request them.

Also make sure that the disbuted charges were reported within the time frame required (I believe it is 60 days but you will need to check you charge account terms and conditions to be sure).

Also make sure that the disbuted charges were reported within the time frame required (I believe it is 60 days but you will need to check you charge account terms and conditions to be sure).
