CAPITOL ONE ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Salt Lake City Utah
On July 20th I was billed an overlimit fee of $29.00 When I received the bill in Aug I paid in full. An automatic charge of $2.75 came in on July 26 for insurance and I was billed a second overlimit fee for July of $29.00 They have established an entirely fraudulent system that allow this billing.
