On December 10th 2008 I ordered 15 Chistmas Ornamant. The total of the purchse was $366.95 and was immediately deducted from my account. I e-mailed Capitol Shopping Mall on December 20th to request a status on my purchase but no one replyed.

After Decmber 25th I called several times but was unable to reach anyone and the mail box was full. I called aagin Capitol Shopping Mall on Jan 28th, 2009 and the results were the same, no one picked up the phone and the mail box was full.

I emailed Capitol Shopping Mall on Feb 9th were I did receive a reply from either Malvin Howlett the owner or the other loser Don Murray that I would receive the ornamants in a few days but they never arrived.

Tried to contact Capitol Shopping Mall again on March 24th...but that was a jock.

Capitol Shopping Mall is a complete Rip-Off. These losers that are taking our money need to be stopped.

I am retired and beleive that there is no effort or expense to great to put a stop to Capitol Shopping Mall and the loser running the show Malvin Earl Howlett and Don Murray. I will not stop until I put an end to Capitol Shopping Mall.
