The Better Business Bureau of the Greater Washington DC area rates them with an F. Your merchantise will not be delivered, they will not return you calls (assuming the voice mail isn't full which it usually is) and if you're lucky to get through to a person (Sam), he will tell you the computers are down and he'll call you later. That never happened.
If you order from them, use a credit card where you can despute the charges.
Their listed number also shows up as Icon Services Inc, home inspectors in Arlington VA.
