Complaint Review: Capotal One

Borrowed money from bank to pay off, called themand asked for total amount, paid for next day delivery, had bidfuel on there which was not legit but payedanyway, was told there would be no more bills from capital one. Got bill which they claim is left over balance for 58 dollars, bid fuel again plus credit report fees . They told me in customer complaints thatif I pay this no more bills, but they told me that last time so how can I believe them. I do not want to pay off afinal bill to them monthly rest of my life.
