Caps Roofing Charlie Payne I called for an estimate on a roof repair and they took down all the information and never called back South Pittsburg Tennessee
A couple of weeks before Christmas I call Caps Roofing about a problem with my roof hoping they would come to my house and give me an estimate. The lady on the phone took all my information so she could get back in contact with me. It is the last week of January 2018 and still have not heard from them. I found there Facebook page and they had a complaint from another person about the same thing so I put a reply there that they had not called me back neither. I never got a reply from my face book post. A few days later I tried to go back to see if there where anymore posts on there face book page and I couldn’t access it anymore. Still no call as of today. January 25 2018
