Complaint Review: Captain Marketing

Captain Marketing uses Spam links and methods that are blacklisted by gGoogle policies.  Our website was recently l=blacklisted by google, meaning our website does not appear in search results.  We are an internet based company so this has been  a dramatic blow to our business and may possibly put us completely out of business.  We signed up for Captain marketings gold package and paid approximately 800 per month.

Over the course of 6 months our website slowly creeped to page 2 for the search terms we had paid captain marketing to boost our presence.  They say that they write content and follow google policies but they do not.  We found almost 700 links that were created leading to our site that were the same sentence repeated over and over.  Surely, this takes someone all of 5 minutes to do and not wothy the money or the risk of getting your website removed from search results or taken so far down in the search results (500th page) that no one will ever see it.

We contacted Captain SEo and they have been slow to remove the links even though this is impacting our business greatly.  They have made no effort to refund our money at all.  Even when the links are removed our website will most likely never recover and we will have to spend thosand s to get another website and URL.
