I ordered a chicken roaster from this company. I had a question about the product and called the company multiple times and emailed them multiple times over 2 days. They did not return my phone calls and all emails bounced back to my account.I then left phone and email messages to cancel my order and I proceeded to purchase the product from another company.

I finally got through on their phone line a few days later and explained that I cancelled my order because I could not reach them and could not be sure they even existed.

At first they told me I would be charged a "restocking fee" when I returned the product. I explained to them that I should not be charged any fee when it was their fault their email accounts were not working and they didn't bother to call me back. They agreed and said they would charge the "restocking fee" to the company supplying their internet.

Without notifying me, they changed their mind and are now refusing to give me my refund. They are withholding $8.50 of my money despite the fact that the product has been returned to them and that they told me I would not be charged.

The actual product is probably work about $1.50. These people are rude and obnoxious on the phone (when you can reach them). DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I bought a better product from http://www.drunkchicken.com/index.shtml, and the owner Buster personally gave me very helpful cooking tips. He fedexed the package for free and it arrived in 2 days.
