I had used this company before and had good results, quick service and the hearing aid seemed to work. the last time we used this company we bought a hearing aid and returned it because it was not strong enough for what my grandfather needed. we exchanged it for another and that hearing aid came it and worked fine.

The difference in the 2 hearing aids was $209.00, which we have have recieved that refund, or credit back to the credit card that we used to make the original purchase.
It does seem that the company has gone out of business. The lady that seemed to be in charge of the ordering proccess said that we would see the credit the next month, but when we did not, I called back and left a message, I sent an email, called several more times, eventually getting a message that the box was full and could not hold any more messages.

Fortunately we are only out $209.00, but it does seem like someone should have to pay back these older people that they are ripping off. with few exceptions the elderly are the main users of hearing aids
