Captured Discipline Would not refund my money after I returned the product
I purchased this locking container not realzing it was made out of aluminium plastic material not metal. When I received the product I opened the box and discovered it was not made out of metal. I called the owner Tom and he stated please return via USPS and I will refund your money you paid through paypal. After I returtned the package a few days later exactly how I received it Tom stated that the unit was tampered with and the tape was missing so he would not refund any money.
I explained I did not even take the container out of the box. I was even willing to except a 15 percent restocking fee which Tom refused. I then stated I would have no other choice than to do an online complaint and file for a refund with paypal. Tom stated go ahead and file a complaint I will fight it all the way.
This guy is not honest and I do not recommend doing business with him. Save your self the head ache. I will eventually receive my money back from paypal after filing a dispute. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.
