Car computer exchange Imperial Auto Sales Stole my money Internet
I purchased a PCM for my 99 Jeep Wrangler, it cost $349. After waiting 3 weeks because they kept saying my computer was rare, they finally sent it out. I never received my computer. They will not refund or replace it. And after requesting to speak to a supervisor they started hanging up on me. Then they had the nerve to send me a bill for $200 for not returning the core. They will steal your money.

Of course the owner will say that he denies that they stole my money, but they will not contact me to try to solve this problem peacefully. Instead they send me more invoices telling me they will take $200 more from me.

The review is totally false. You did receive the part on August 3rd here is the usps tracking # 9405511899562245748280 . Please anyone who is looking at it go view the tracking # at usps.com you will see she is not telling the truth. We are not sure why you are saying you did receive the part when you didn't but if you know longer want the part you just simply can return it for a refund. Just use the prepaid label in the box we are more than glad to give you a refund. You don't need to lie and say you never received anything we are a straight up company we give refunds to customer all you have to do is send it back to us.
