The state of IOWA got together and beat them and won their case. If there are any attorneys that can help, please contact this website, they will assist you I am told. PLEASE DO. Please file your own Rip-off Report so others will know!

I too have had problems with them. First - I sent registered letters to all companies involved - revoke their rights to garnishments, etc in the letter. Make sure you send one to CNAC, Greenwich Finance, and Car Credit America. Please note: these are the same company, but still send each a letter.
Second: Send a copy of your letter to the above, along with a letter written to the Attorney General - explain in detail what has happened and how you tried to fix the situation, and what time, money etc. you lost trying to fix the situation. (was it a bad car and they took their time fixing it and you almost lost your job, or time off from your job - were you treated poorly by them - your interest rate, what you were lied about etc) I will enclose the address to the Attorney General for you. This company is JD Byrider in hiding. It's time for them to go out of business and get fined, just like in other states. The only way this can happen is if we stick together and complain. Good Luck - it may take some time, but the Attorney General's office does indeed respond to you by U.S. Mail.
Here are the address you will need. Remember - send this registered mail. Keep a folder with everything in it and of course - - DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT.
