I made the move from Livonia, MI to Las Vegas, NV. I contacted Car-Go Auto transport on 12/17/04 to find a company to pick up my car on 12/20/04. Garden City Towing in Detroit, MI was hired to do the delivery. Car-Go said it could be picked up on either 12/20/04 or 12/21/04. It was picked up as promised on 12/21/04 and stored in a storage facility since I requested it to be delivered on 1/5/05 when I would be available for delivery. I was originally told a truck was going to pick it up on 12/28/04 and deliver it on 1/7/05.
Once I arrived in Las Vegas on 1/3/05, I contacted Car-Go and the car had not even been picked up, but was expected to be picked up on 1/7/05. I contacted Car-Go on 1/10/05 to check on the status and was told the car was picked up and would be delivered on either 1/14/05 or 1/15/05. The car was not delivered. I called on the first open business day after promised drop off date and was told that the truck was going to be in Pheonix the night of 1/18/04 and would deliver my car on 1/19/04. Car again was not delivered as promised. Called 1/19/04 and was told the truck was now in Albuquerque, NM and he was going to drop my car off on 1/20/04. Car did not arrive so I called back and was told as with every time that they had to call the driver and call me back to see what was going on. I never recieved a call back. I called again on 1/21/04 and was told the driver was in Pheonix again, but he had to contact the driver to see when he would be in Las Vegas and call me back. I never received a call back.
I left a message to call me back late on 1/21/04 again to call me to let me know where my car is, when will it be here, and why I'm getting the run around. I believe they are not open on the weekends so I will have to wait until Monday to hear their story.
I received good service up until delivery, but I have been lied to several times about delivery dates and I have been very patient every time. I believe I deserve an explanation, an apology, a discount, and my car which is a 1970 Chevelle SS classic, which at this point I would consider stolen.

Please dont use this company. I transferred my vehicle from FL to NC in March 2015 and had worst experience with the company. They damaged my car and on top of it delivered it late late dark cold night to me in NC so i was not able to inspect the vehicle and next day i found there was Big Dent on roof on my Car. My car is new Hyundai sonata 2013. I called them next day morning and they refused to file claim as i had signed BOL document. I find this really frustrating and annoying. I had to bear huge loss and this company cheated my so my advise to all please dont use this carrier even they have good ratings in BBB and that was the reason i had selected them for my move. The owner of Car Go Auto Transport called me as soon as he found out about this. He was very sorry and appologetic and gave a discount on my order without any questions and made sure I was justified. The employee that was providing the "false information" was strongly repremanded. Once I did find out were my car really was from a different employee, it was delivered as promised and in good condition.
I would still recommend using Car Go for future transports and I am sorry that it had to come to this to expose one bad link. Every other employee that I dealt with was very friendly and got back to me quickly on all issues.
If you you still question them, call them and ask for the owner and I am sure that you would feel confident having them transport your vehicle.
Also Arizona Auto Transport and Garden City Towing had no affiliation with any of the problems listed.

Garden City Towing had no involvement in this as I just found out. They were just the ones storing the car, Car-Go lied about my car being in transit already and lied about talking to the driver. The above story was all BS. I talked to the storage place and my car was just picked up on 1/21/05.
