Just check the internet for complaints about this Compnay and you will find that there are a number of visitors to the UK who have been scammed by this Company.

On numerous occasions they have kept peoples car hire deposits, both the insurance deposit and the fuel deposits, those that have managed to get their money back have had a long hard trial to do this.  Note that this compnay does not put a reserve against your credit card, it takes the deposits up front!!

I personally have been scammed by this Company, who have refused to return my desposits after 8 months of trying, and then finally now claim that the car was damaged on return but have been unable to provide any proof.

I will now have to progress with legal action to get my money back, if you check out www.car-rip-off-uk.bravehost.com you will see lots of links to other sites where numerous people have had the same problem.

Do not use this company, even if you do get your money back it will be a long hard slog.
