I have bought and paid off 3 vehicles with Car Hop. I am on my 4th. I called them because I am 5 days past due and going to be making my payment in 3 days. I had a near death experience and have been hospitalized which is the reason I am behind 5 days. They turned the starter off on my vehicle and I tried to have the understand my situation and help. They show no remorse. They even belittle you. Mentioned how I was late on previous car loans when it had nothing to do with this. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never buy another vehicle with them. Sometimes things in life happen unexpectedly that are out of our control and Car Hop does not car. There "help" was that they would turn my truck on when I make my payment and I am only 5 days past due! Now I have no way to get to my doctors appointment.

They shut down the car because YOU failed to make YOUR payment on time. Look on any mirror. That's who you blame!

You are with a "Sub-Prime" lender and one that deals with the worst of the worst credit risks as such in order to allow you to borrow their money to purchase a car they require you to install a GPS device that not only can track your car at any time, but disable it for non-payment.

Yet, you come with a "Hard Luck" story(which I bet is not your first Hard Luck story to them) as to why you should be given special treatment this time. After all you will be ONLY 8 days late by the time you pay.

Contrary to you thinking your previous late payments don't matter..WRONG. As if you had a history of paying on-time there is ZERO reason you should still be stuck with this (or any) Sub-Prime lender. So the fact that you are still with them, says that your poor credit history is really a way of life for you.

Oh and before you say it, save any of the 1001 reasons you give as to why you have bad credit and should be given a second, third, fourth, 105th chance. As the reason does not matter. No I do not now or have I ever worked for this or any other fianance company, so don't bother going down that road either.
