My husband and I bought a car from these people about 4 years ago and had pretty good luck but now its time for a new one so we went back!! Big MISTAKE.. We brough in our title from our 98 Chevy and traded in that car. Well, after driving the new car for a day we decided against it. We brought it back within the 48 hour alotted time and let me just tell you this was at the beginning of April. It is now June 30rd and after talking to the manager at the crystal car hop 5 times we still have not recieved out title.. We are stuck.. I have no clue on what to do and I will not spend any money to get a new title.. NO WAY!!!!!
