Complaint Review: Car Lime

 This has to be the absolute worst dealership in Virginia, I dont even know where to start as I could write a book on my experience at this dealership. James the so called General Manager is a crook as is the finance guy Jimmy, well he's actually a liar. Im not even going to get in the salesmen as they're only a reflection of managment. Which is pretty obvious giving the state of management at this so called business. Oh by the way, Fernando you were an awesome salesman until I went to sign the paper work, after that you would of though I was I was a ghost. IF YOU WANT TO SAVE SOME TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY. DO NOT SHOP HERE, DONT EVEN DRIVE PAST THIS PLACE. YOU DONT HAVE TO TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. JUST CHECK OUT THE OTHER REVIEWS. NOT JUST ON YELP, BUT CARGURUS,CAR.COM IT DOESNT MATTER. THEY ARE DISHONEST THIEVES THAT NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.   LONG STORY SHORT, THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY DOWN PAYMENT BACK EVEN THOUGH THE FINANCE GUY "JIMMY" TOLD ME STRAIGHT TO MY FACE "IF THE DEAL DOESNT GO THROUGH, YOU'LL GET YOUR MONEY BACK" LIES. LIES AND MORE LIES.  I HATE THAT I HAVE TO WASTE TIME TO FILE CLAIMS IN COURT AND CONTACT THE BBB ALONG WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL,  CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY AND  THE MOTOR VEHICLE DEALER BOARD. BUT I GUESS SOMEBODY HAS TO DO...  I GUESS I SHOULD TEAM UP WITH THE OTHER 2 CUSTOMERS WHO I MET WHILE WAITING AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR ALMOST 7 HOURS WHILE MY TRUCK WAS SUPPOSE TO BE GETTING OUT THE SHOP. MEANWHILE , THE ENTIRE DAY, ITS SITTING WAY IN THE BACK OF THIER PARKING LOT. GOOD THING I SMOKE, OR ELSE I WOULD HAVE NEVER WALKED BACK THERE. ANYWAYS BOTH OF THESE CUSTOMERS HAD RECENTLY PURCHASED CARS THAT JUST DIDNT WORK, AND IM TALKING DAYS INTO HAVING IT. NOT WEEKS OR MONTHS. BUT, BUY A CAR ON MONDAY AND NEED A NEW CAR ON THURSDAY.
