I PURCHASED A CAR FROM CAR-MART, $9,000, A NICE LOOKING CAR BUT NOT NICE WORKING CAR. TWO WEEKS AFTER I PURCHASED THIS CAR I CALLED THE MANAGER OF THE STORE AND TOLD HIM THAT I ALREADY HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE CAR. I ALREADY HAD A 4,000 MILE WARRANTY SO HE FIXED IT. IT WASN'T UNTIL THAT TIME HE SAID BY THE WAY I WAS GOING TO CALL YOU AND TELL YOU THAT I RECENTLY FOUND OUT THAT THE CAR YOU BOUGHT HAS HAD PREVIOUS DAMAGE. HE DID NOT TELL ME THAT IT WAS ON THE TITLE, OR THAT IT WAS SERIOUSLY DAMAGED ENOUGH TO HAVE A SALVAGE/JUNK TITLE. AFTER THAT EVERYTHING STARTED TO FALL APART ON THE CAR. I EVENTUALLY DID A CARFAX ON IT AND FOUND OUT THAT THE CAR HAD A SALVAGE/JUNK TITLE. I TRIED TO WORK SOMETHING OUT WITH HIM BUT HE'S NOT DEALING FAIRLY, HE'S JUST TRYING TO MAKE MORE AND MORE MONEY. AND THEIR MOTTO IS "COMMITTED TO YOU" AND THEY SAY THEY PROVIDE AFFORDABLE CARS FOR WORKING FOLKS. IF THE CAR IS ALWAYS BROKEN DOWN, HOW CAN WE WORK? THESE PEOPLE WILL LET YOU GET A CAR TOO EASILY. I KNEW THAT IT WAS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!!!!!!!!

I am sorry you have had problems with your purchase at CM NLR. Let me reassure we at Car-mart do not sell vehicles that do not have a "clear" title. We never knowingly purchase salvaged, previously totaled, flood and water damaged vehicles. Since your purchase we no longer sell vehicles unless we have a title ready to give our customers so that we may personally verify the vehicle you are purchasing is not "salvage". We have started this practice in part due to the advent of flood damage vehicles and to make sure our customers are able to register their vehicles as soon as possible. I hope you have received satisfaction by calling the customer hot line or by logging in at the corporate website.
