Car Mart ripoff mistreated and ripped off Russellville Arkansas
In June of 2002 we purchased a car from the car mart in Russellville, Arkansas.., and we have been burdoned down with constant repairs and utterly rude management personnel.
It all started when our Transmission in our car went out,and after we got our transmission paid off from car mart, the same week our engine went out,now we are out more money to get it repaired, now we are having to pay for that expense. My husband during the time our car was getting repaired,my husband got laid off his job,we are making the car payment, but they said if we don't pay that extra $100 every week on our engine they are going to charge us late fees on that money too, because they have included that into our car payments, but our car payments is only $68.00 a week, we told Car Mart that we could finish paying off the engine when my husband starts working again, but they said they could start making us pay late fees on the engine costs.
The way Car Mart talks we're going to be out alot more money on the engine, and it really costs, and my car is still not running right yet,it takes more gas and it doesn't have power, and it burning oil,and they called that fixed, they put a engine in my car out of a wreck car,and this engine is also bad.
Big Business needs to take a step back and remember how it got so big. It was the money from the customers that made them so big,but now they don't respect the customers. We have been out more money than this car is worth,it was strickly a Lemon.

i have bought 6 cars from car mart and you need to know the the only words theye understandand that is. according to the laws and tell them this that arkansas has a lemon law and that if 3 or more things go wrong with the car theye are required to give you your money back or get you another car. trust me theyll listen but you got to stand your ground even tho arkansas dosent have safty inspections theye must meat those standerds i would check with dmv or a cop for more info. i think you should call the bentonville office and report this to them. and if all else fails and you dont care about your credit tell them to take a hike and get a good running car with the money you would have given to them for crap and file this info with the fed trade commission. befor you tell them to take a hike get proof of the lemon car. now if your credit is bad you can get a car at aaf theye dont care about anything but the car payment. the one in bentonville has some good cars test drive them annd check all fluids befor buying anything and when i say test drive i mean punch it get it on the hiway and floor it and take it to a parking lot and do a tight figure 8 both derections to check out the front end if the engine blows up while test driving there isent a d**n thing theye can do about it. theye might cry and cuss you but hey thats what test driving is all about. i really think you should go to the bentonville car mart and talk to the manager i think his name is bert and tell them that thhe car is a lemon and youd like to get a different car. and next week when i go in to make my payment ill tell them about your situation.
