On thr evening of 9/23/04 I purchseda Merceds SLK from Carmax. The following morning I noticed:

1. Front mirror was damaged
2. Some interior defects - Plastic Missing, etc.
3. Muffler was damaged
4. Front headlights are foggy and blinker damaged
5. There was no alarm in the vehicle as I was promised there is

I returned the vehicle to their shop for repairs, it was in there for 10 days. After I received my vehicle back I noticed that nothing was repaired other then the blinker. I wanted to return the vehicle, however the Carmax return policy is within 5 days of purchase.I was speaking with Dan (service manager ) and I was told by him that a quiet alarm was installed in the vehicle, I checked the same model with other dealerships and they all had a standard alarm not a "Quiet Alarm".

I was supposed to receive a $150.00 refund due to a mistake in the billing on their behalf, after 2 months of endless phone calls I finally received it.I tried many times to return the vehicle and cancell the sale , However, I was juggled between at least 5 Managers of various fields including the General Manager and Mr. John Willes (Corp. Manager) but without luck.

On 12/13/04 I returned the vehicle to Carmax once again for repairs for 6 days and the mirror was repaired and the following day it came loose again. They are not willing to assist me in anyway. I feeal I was mislead and disallusioned to purchase my dream car bu instead I acquired a nightnmare. I turn to you as my only hope to try to make this horrible and stressfull experience a little better.
