Car Max Sold Me a Vehicle that was a lemon Clearwater Florida

I purchased my car (2008 Pontiac G6 Hard Top Convertible) on Dec 15th 2014. After 1 week the brakes went bad on it along with a few other things. I to had mentioned the large gap between the back seat and the back end of the car but, when I went to pick up my car they told me there was nothing wrong it was just built that way. I had a car like this back in 2007 and loved it and I knew that this was not normal. After 2 weeks from picking it up I went to put up the convertible and it cracked and broke in pieces making a horrible noise. I had to get help in shutting it all the way. It rained that night and water poured into the trunk. I called the service department and told them what happened and took it in. They did give me a loaner to drive but, of course there were rules to driving it in what you could not do eat, drink, smoke. After 3 weeks I still did not have my car. They could not find a part to fix the problem Tyler the guy in Service department was awesome keeping in touch with me everyday but, they were unable to find the part anywhere in the USA. They decided that I needed to find another car and start looking. We want to make you happy with what you get into so we will work with you this is what they said. When it came right down to it they did not give a crap. I searched and searched and searched when finding a car I would possilbly be happy with they were wanting more money down they were not willing to transfer over my warranty and they wanted to raise my monthly payment. The car I found was only 2k more than the first one I bought. The Sales manager ( Mike Berger) said to me oh well I guess you need to go back to the drawing board. He did not care how upset I was and how hard this was on me trying to find something that I would be happy driving or paying 400 a month for. I decided to call the Store Manager ( Gary Tatrain) Not sure on the spelling.  To inform him of what was going on and he said okay so, what are you looking for from me. What is going to make you happy and what are you expecting from us. I told him about my situation and the car I was looking at and he said well let me see what I can do. He scrunched some numbers together and we came up with a solution and I thought we were good to go. Yeah,,,NO. The store manger (Mike) called me back and said (Gary) gave you numbers on another car not the one you were looking at I shared with him that he knew car I was wanting and he said well that is what you get when you get to many hands in the same pot. So, you need to find another car. I was furious I decided to call them back and tell them I wanted my down payment back and any money that I put into the car and they said okay. But they would not give anything back other than the down payment. I took the loaner back and went to the service center said I was here to pick up my things from my car and get my return down payment. They went and got the store manger Gary and he met with the service lady and myself to walk us back to the car. He did not say one word to me not one. I got my things and went to fill out the paperwork they told me that they had to send my money in a check in the mail not sure how long it will be.  They did not care about losing a customer or helping me with solving a problem in getting me into another car. I am pissed, angry, upset, appauled by the way I was taken care of they were rude, disrectful and very unproffessional.  Don't think if you buy a car from carmax that you are going to get a great car and great service because in this store you WILL NOT.
